This policy explains what information El Cajon Print & Class A Awards & Graphix collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a family-owned business in El Cajon, California, and we operate three brands: El Cajon Print, Class A Awards & Graphix, and Industrial Engraving. This policy covers all three.

Information you give us

We collect the information you type into our forms or send to us directly by email, phone, or in person.

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
• Print quote form: your name, email, phone number, project type, quantity, needed date, and project details.
• Awards quote form: your name, email, phone number, award type, quantity, event date, and the names, wording, and details of your project.
• Industrial RFQ form: your name, company, email, phone number, product type, material, dimensions and quantity, required date, project details, and any files you upload, such as worksheets, artwork, drawings, or reference images.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a form or upload, such as government ID numbers or financial account numbers. We do not need them to quote your job.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web host and site software record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use this to keep the site secure and working. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general location and type of device, and how people arrived at the site. How form submissions are delivered

When you submit a form, it is sent to our business email. The Contact, Print quote, and Awards quote forms go to our main business mailbox, and the Industrial RFQ form goes to our engraving mailbox. The website does not keep its own stored copy of form entries.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With service providers that help us run our website and email, such as our web hosting provider.
